But for tradesmen at least, the fulfillment is now within reach: Heesemann, world market leader in the field of wood grinding machines, is launching an entry-level machine with its latest JSM model that makes craftsmen's hearts beat faster in terms of price/performance ratio.
The JSM is a affordable all-round machine per little and medium-sized craft companies with high demands on surface quality. She is in two sanding widths and three equipment packages available. Depending on the package, it is ideally suited for Solid wood, veneer and lacquer sanding. The four configurations as One, two or three-band machine In working widths of 1,100 and 1,350 mm, they are perfect for manufacturing kitchen, office and solid wood furniture as well as panels. Calibrating and fine sanding solid wood, sanding veneers, intermediate lacquer sanding and cleaning panels is therefore easy.
The JSM offers extensive standard equipment, such as a stepless feed speed of 3-12 m/min, viewing windows in the belt exchange doors, a table extension with integrated rollers and a variable working height for convenient operation, a 15.6” touch display, standard machine interior lighting and slider control for extraction. The absolutely plane-parallel Heesemann table ensures perfectly dimensionally accurate workpieces, which can be machined with a thickness of 3 mm to 160 mm. Depending on the equipment package, useful special equipment can be added. For a small additional charge, there is the table with a vacuum blower, which means that even small workpieces or workpieces with smooth surfaces can be easily processed, as well as workpiece cleaning in the outlet.
If you opt for the PERFORMANCE or ADVANCED package, you get the maintenance-free CSD magnetic pressure beam system for adaptable grinding, motors with frequency converter for continuous sanding belt speed on all fine sanding units, oscillating sanding belt radiation and the Belt Manager software. The machines are all remote-enabled, i.e. the service can be carried out anywhere and quickly via the hotline.
