All built-in components such as stands, transport tables, drums, rollers, etc. are manufactured in-house. Our mechanical production (welding, turning, milling) is on absolute precision designed, and guarantees that, for example, the machine frame is torsion-resistant even during continuous operation and for decades and therefore has no negative effect on the workpiece.
Fine balancing of all rotating components: all rotating components, be they rollers, drums or even belt drive pulleys of electric motors, are finely balanced in-house. This is the only way we can ensure that no vibrations can have a negative effect on the sanding process.
It is not only rotating components that can induce vibrations in the process. The smooth running of the sanding units is also ensured by the use of ribbed belts. In contrast to several individual V-belts, these ribbed belts run much less vibration.
The speed-synchronous drive of both deflection rollers on the unit enables high power transmission with low belt tension of the sanding belt. This enables a large tolerance compensation of the pressure bar and thus a high adaptability of the sanding belt for warped and tolerant workpieces. Finely balanced rollers further optimize the smoothness of the units.

Swivel supports can be released with a single movement without tools; they serve as belt support aids for the operator, interfering edges are covered when changing belts, and a special coating protects the sanding belts when changing belts.

All parameters relevant to sanding technology, such as sanding pressure, belt speed, edge pressure, etc. can be adjusted immediately after the workpiece has run out; the changed data is automatically transferred to the industrial PC at the machine inlet
