• Receiving and logging incoming tickets
• Management of the entire ticket process
• Ensuring timely and effective processing of inquiries
• Clear communication with customers and stakeholders about the status and progress of their inquiries
• Failure analysis and solution finding as part of the help desk
• Further clarification and coordination with internal interfaces
Our expectations of you
• Completed electrical engineering vocational training, technician (m/f/d) specializing in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experienced use of the MS Office package and ERP systems
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably with expertise in ticket processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented behavior
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
